Babich Hawkes Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2008
An intriguing nose with layers of melons and pineapple with herbal complexity, rounded off with some fresh capsicum notes. The palate has a pleasing freshness with rhubarb and stone fruit standing out and adding weight to the wine. There is a complementing hint of citrus and cut grass on the finish which makes this a great aperitif wine. |
