We’re big fans of rose wines when they’re good. Regardless of where they’re from or what grapes they were made from, a good rose definitely has its time and place.
Here’s a wonderful rose made 100% from old vine Grenache. It is so clean, refreshing, and enjoyable, we recommend it as a great choice by itself without food. At the same time, it’s a beautifully balanced wine with lively acidity, characteristics that make it an excellent choice with a variety of cuisines. In particular, it is a perfect choice to serve with Easter ham!
This delightful rose was made from the oldest Garnacha (Grenache) vines at the Enanzo estate in Navarra, Spain. The wine was made via the traditional “free-run” technique. Grape must, obtained by gravity alone, is then macerated for a few hours on the skins. The wine is then fermented without the skins at controlled temperatures in order to retain the fruity aromas of the grapes. The result is a raspberry pink wine with attractive fresh aromas of ripe watermelon and strawberry. Smooth and tasty in the mouth with a spicy finish.
Navarra is a wine zone located in northeast Spain. The Garnacha grape has long dominated the area, however, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah have also been planted here, usually with good results. Of course the Garnacha grape is ideal in roses, especially this one.

Sustainable practices incorporate organic standards and may exceed them and include ecologically and socially sound business practices such as fair pay for farm workers and energy conservation.
Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.

Parker, Jr. Initially titled The Baltimore-Washington Wine Advocate the first issue was published in 1978. Accepting no advertising, the newsletter publishes in excess of 7,500 reviews per year, utilizing Parker's rating system that employs a 50-100 point quality scale.

Wine Spectator is a lifestyle magazine that focuses on wine and wine culture. It publishes 15 issues per year with content that includes news, articles, profiles, and general entertainment pieces.
