Cellar Xavier Clua’s white blend, "Mas d'en Pol Blanco", is made from 60% White Grenache, 20% Chardonnay, 15% Sauvignon Blanc, and 5% Muscat. Made from a blend of 10-30 year old vines, these grapes see no oak aging and spend 18 hours in cold maceration. It is a rich opulent white, full of tropical fruits, with hints of dried grass and herbs. This white is fairly full-bodied, with good vibrancy and purity, which is complimented by good acidity. This wine is ideally served chilled, as an aperitif, and with light fare.
